Hi! My name is Inna Ryzhykh — I'm a running and triathlon coach with 20 years of experience in sports.

I'm here to break the myth that triathlon and running are only for "iron people" with endless free time.

Sport has been my life for 20 years. I've gone from elite world-level athletics to a coach with 10+ years of experience and co-founder of the REDHEAD team. But the numbers aren't the main thing. What matters is that I perfectly understand how hard it can be to find the energy to train after a long workday, when family is waiting at home and business tasks are on your mind.

My mission as a coach is not to push you to the limit, but to smartly integrate sport into your life. My methodology is designed so we achieve goals without injuries, burnout, or overtraining. Sport should give you energy, not drain your last reserves.

How I can help: I coach athletes online in three disciplines: triathlon, running, and swimming.

This means I'm always in touch with you. I don't just write a plan — I adapt it to your reality. Had an emergency at work? Kid got sick? We'll adjust the schedule so you don't feel guilty about a missed workout, but keep moving toward your goal.

We work through TrainingPeaks. I monitor your metrics and adjust the plan when I see fatigue. No "checkbox" workouts or empty volume — only what moves you toward your goal.

The plan adapts to your life, not the other way around. We'll build your preparation so sport doesn't harm your family or career. Training should give you energy, not drain your last reserves.

HEALTH

We play the long game: no violence against the body. We build a base at low heart rate to strengthen the cardiovascular system. The result — progress without injuries, breakdowns, or damage to health.

INTRODUCTION

No complicated questionnaires — just a real conversation. We'll decide on your goals and find the balance between athletic ambitions, family, and work.

PREPARATION

To train without injuries, we determine your heart rate zones and analyze your running/swimming technique via video. I find a comfortable and effective pace for you.

PROCESS

You receive workouts in the app and head out to train. From this moment, I'm always by your side: I'll advise, support, and adjust the plan if needed.

Who are your training programs for?
Anyone who wants results without injuries. From beginners who want to run their first 5K, to experienced athletes preparing for an Ironman.
What do I need to get started?
  • A watch with heart rate monitor and GPS
  • TrainingPeaks app installed
  • Desire to train and discipline

All other equipment (bike, trainer, wetsuit) is acquired gradually as needed and as your goals grow.

How quickly will I see results?
The first physiological changes are felt within 2-4 weeks of regular training. Steady growth in functional metrics comes after 8-12 weeks of systematic work. Triathlon is a sport for the patient.
How does working with you look?
We start with diagnostics and goals, then you receive a plan in TrainingPeaks. Every week I analyze your workload and adjust tasks to match your reality.
Can I combine this with work and family?
Yes. The plan adapts to your schedule. What matters isn't a perfect routine, but consistency and regularity.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. We start from your current level and gradually build fitness without overloading the body.
How often are we in touch?
You can always write to me. The plan is adjusted as needed, and a key analysis is done every week.
